Two out of five Dutch consumers are willing to pay extra for the delivery of an online order if there is a sustainable logistics process.
In addition, almost 3/4 of online shoppers do not mind waiting longer for a package. Similar results also emerged from the 2017 DeliveryMatch study. DeliveryMatch will soon come up with a solution with which the CO2 output can be displayed throughout the chain for each delivery option.
